Abstract [da]

Denne pjece sætter fokus på resultaterne af en kortlægning af ligestillingsvurderinger af kerneydelser på statsligt niveau i de nordiske lande. Kortlægningen er baseret på studier af praksis, metode, systematik og effekter i en række cases fra stat og kommuner. Kortlægningen viser, at arbejdet med ligestillingsvurdering bidrager til øget kvalitet i velfærdsydelserne, ressourceoptimering, øget bevidsthed om ligestilling for medarbejdere og ledere samt øget ligestilling for kvinder og mænd.
