The Nordic-Baltic Co-operation Programme for Digitalisation outlines the political priorities for the 2025–2030 period and encompasses the Nordic and the Baltic countries. Our societies are built on democracy, equality, human capital and social responsibility. The digital transition must adhere to these principles both now and in the future. As such, digitalisation and technological innovation are major drivers in the development of both the private and public sectors, and they are also a key enabler of the green transition. The collaboration is defined by our region’s joint opportunities and challenges, in creating an inclusive and safe digital transition, strengthening competitiveness and green growth, and increasing mobility and integration in the region through safe, effective, cross-border digital services for people, businesses and authorities.
