The Nordic Textile Collaboration (2022-2024) addressed the environmental challenges associated with textile consumption in the Nordics.

The project implemented three initiatives:1. Active Textile Society: Engaging brands and citizens to support the uptake of circular business models and circular consumption. 2. Sharing Nordic Circular Competences: Exchanging cutting-edge knowledge between Nordic professionals across the entire textile value chain.3. EU & Textile Coffee Breaks: Updating participants on EU legislation.The report presents project results and three recommendations for stimulating a circular textile economy in the Nordics: 1) Support the growth of circular business models, 2) Engage citizens in the circular transition 3) Make design for circularity the standard. The report serves as a reference tool for initiators of future work on circular textiles.
