The Nordic Council of Ministers shall mainstream an environmental and climate perspective, a gender equality perspective, and a child rights and youth perspective. The mainstreaming takes place by considering these three cross-cutting perspectives in the project and programme activities of the Nordic Council of Ministers. The guidance contains a basic description of the three cross-cutting perspectives, advice for analysing the project’s/programme’s links to the cross-cutting perspectives, and instructions on how this should be completed in the project/programme description. The guidance is intended for employees of, or partners cooperating with, the Secretariat, institutions, or offices of the Nordic Council of Ministers.
